Test & Go Live

Once orders are delivered to your customer an auto-email will goes to your clients to ask them how was the service and the delivery. SmartShip love feedback from customers to improve our service in the future..

Our process is simple and easy. One of our SmartShip’s Team will call your to discuss your fulfilment needs and how we can support. A full pricing breakdown will be provided.
Upload your product details using a CSV file or individually. Product reference need to be the same on your website in order for our system to remove the stock when received.
Once your shipment arrive, we check it, sort it and store it in our fulfilment centre. We will notify you any abnormally and also update our online portal so you can see live stock in our warehouse. You will also be notify every times stock are updated on our portal via email registered on the account.
Pick, Pack & Dispatch
As the orders come in, we pick and pack your orders according to your instructions. We ship 95% of orders same-day and then an auto email goes to directly to your client with the tracking information where they can track their orders online.
