If you are unsure whether an item is prohibited or restricted, contact us before sending it to your ParcelForward address.
- Illegal, counterfeit or pirated goods
- Drugs, narcotics and controlled substances
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives and fireworks
- Hazardous, flammable, combustible or corrosive materials
- Hazardous waste and asbestos
- Cash, currency, bullion and negotiable instruments
- Human remains, ashes and body parts
- Live animals, insects and hatching eggs
- Ivory, non-domestic animal skins and furs
- Plants, seeds and perishable goods
- Tobacco and tobacco products
- Pornographic material
- Irreplaceable art, antiques and exceptional-value items
- Unapproved precious metals, stones, jewellery and watches
- Liquids or gels packed with electronic devices
- Anything prohibited by origin, transit or destination law
Important: Restricted goods may be accepted by some carriers only with prior written approval, special packaging or permits. Do not send a restricted item to our hub until ParcelForward confirms acceptance.
